Oasis Counseling For Women & Children

They dont return phone calls, which is very frustrating considering I was calling about my child. My daughter told me the counselor moved very fast, and told her she scored high on some scale, but didnt explain the scale, so she was worried. Not impressed, will definitely be trying somewhere else.

We will not be back. Poorly managed. They make appointments without notifying you and then charge you for them and count you as a no call no show. Then act as if you're an idiot when you ask about it because your appointment for the day has just been canceled without notice as well. They actually require you to pay a day in advance for appointments. Sorry. I am happy to pay day of. Otherwise, no. As I said. We will not be back.

I waited two months for my second appointment here with Emily. It took me about a month to get my second appointment but because of their payment policy (you must pay the business day prior ) I missed it and had to reschedule for a couple more weeks. Anyways , two months later and the day of my appointment I get a phone call from the receptionist (who was super nice) that Emily cancelled my appointment due to an emergency appointment and wouldnt be able to see me for TWO WEEKS. Emily herself didnt even reach out. I made it very clear also during my first appointment that I am desperate and need help. I have been battling severe OCD and self harm and I just cant understand how the day of my appointment I get pushed two more weeks. Really upsetting and Im still waiting on my 80$ refund.

so glad I wasn't suicidal when I called for an appointment 2 weeks ago...... still haven't heard from them???
