I like this location! The SAs are very helpful and always help me find what I need. (2 stars for that)
However, i had a very uncomfortable experiences on March 11. I dont think this lady is a Sephora employee but a brand representative or something. I addressed my skin issue. She recommended me Sunday Riley immediately even though i told her I never have good experiences with this brand so no. She told me it was because I used it wrong yada yada yada and i should use it her way; this product is the strongest in this category and is the best because it was clinically proven; if it doesnt work, nothing will work, and if it doesnt work within 7 days, i can return it. She tried to push more Sunday Riley products on me. I got a cream she recommended. Whats more bizarre was she asked me recite how to use it correctly before I left. Excuse me.? and i will return the Sunday Riley she recommended tomorrow because of course it doesnt work on me (duh)
