LGI Homes - Winchester Hills

On June 27th I had a very bad experience with a seller by the name of Jeffery in the Springville/Odenville office. Jeffery was very professional up until I realized they false advertised the 0 down and the monthly payments (which was HIM calculating & tell me what I could pay). I was about to pay for the hold of a property that I loved but none of the paperwork benefited nor helped me (ONLY LGI). So after I backed out and finally said “no” to everything and stated that I’m a first time buyer and would need a lawyer present. Jeffery went on to tell me that no other buyers needed a lawyer, that he was representing me (So not true), & that I would never get a home anyway because of my 606 fico score at the time. He got so rude and loud I literally was in fear for me life. He through my check at me and now no one is answering in the office(which his co worker Mark Witnessed). These homes could be easy to get but believe me there is something to the LGI homes communities. I would not recommend dealing with Jeffery at all he truly showed me he’s a con artist. It wanted to purchase read your paper work, don’t let them fast talk you, and please go with your first mind and do whatever you’re comfortable with.
