ordered on line, paid online, went to pick it up , they said they had no chicken tenders, offered no replacement options and NOOOOOOOOOOO refund. Told me to figure it out on my own.

On 5/16/23 about 530pm I went through the drive thru and wait 10 minutes before the person took my order and halfway thru the 10 minutes I said hello she said ma'am I said give me a minute. I couldn't get chicken because there was a 20 minute wait. I couldn't get a individual box be there was no chicken. I got the surf and turf but couldn't get regular chicken tender but she didn't have regular only spicy. Then when I got to the window my order was 6.50 I gave her my card she couldn't take cards because the machine didn't work! This joint is raggedy. So l had 5.00 and change she offered to take the diet coke off I told her no and she end up letting me pay 5.40 in cash I don't know who running this joint but yall need to close down. There were all types of questionable guys walking around the bldg.

The inside is locked off to the public, because it is open to children and young boys coming in and going out as they wish. While the customers go and then have to wait 5 minutes at the intercom, just to be told to just drive around.
This is by far the worst Popeye's ever, I guess because it's in the hood, they cater to the hood only.
A shame that ever time I come here, the faces change only, but the same ole ghetto instances, never change.

Line wrapped around the building but staff very friendly. Drive thru traps you in with no escape. Wait times RIDICULOUS but could not leave once I got in the line.
