        I needed a 5G symcard for my wife's phone and Verizon told me they would mail it and it would arrive in 48-72 hours. Two weeks later the Verizon store was able to help

        Very helpful staff directed us to a covered repair, rather than get a new phone. Much appreciated! UPDATE: Now we find out the Verizon associate was wrong in telling us that our device had insurance coverage. In the store, we initiated a claim for the cracked screen, which has now been denied because of no coverage. And Assurion informs us that we cannot file a claim for the device going forward because we already said the phone was damaged (in the claim Verizon directed us to file). Verizon has, perhaps unknowingly, scr#!ed us over, leaving us with a phone that is unusable. This longtime Verizon customer is extremely frustrated.
