They go out of their way to make sure their consumers are happy. Regardless matter the weather, they are always punctual. A second can was required, and it arrived promptly and without problem. Contacting, speaking with, and paying the bill were all very simple! I intend to remain a loyal customer for the foreseeable future.

the guy Chuck i spoke to was very rude used foul language and was very unprofessional. his cursing ended by hanging up on me after i want to do business with them have fun if you try that

Horrible company; nasty owner named Chuck...very rude. Dastardly deed done to tornado victim...... I'm an elderly woman living alone and tornado victim in Centerpoint, AL that had my contractor collect all my insurance money and then leave my house totally unfinished ....He only did about a quarter of the inside work and no outside work. He had SWD drop off a very large dumpster and then after he was fired just left it in my driveway. Then I noticed that the entire neighborhood was dumping their rubbish into it so I called SWD to notify them. The guy Chuck told me I had to pay for it and that the contractor had to call him to remove the dumpster. I told him the contractor took all my money and to call him cause I didn't have any. The next day I go by my house and the dumpster was dumped into my yard!!!!! We called Chuck @ SWD and he said the contractor told him to do that!! This is certainly no way to run a business and most of all SWD apparantly has no sense of decency...I also smell "two rats"...Really, why would a company do what the contractor told him to do unless these two are buddies! Anyway, the company is about to get media attention so I would advice everyone not to use them...Plus, I've reported SWD, Advanced Maintenance Group, & Richard R. Torres to the Better Business Bureau..Court proceedings are next.
