They really do the work. Just be honest with them keep all of your doctors appointments. And let them know if anything changes. I wish a thousand times I could have found out about Mr.Pennington when I first started my case. But praise God for him and his team. We won. And they called me ASAP with the great news. He represented me for Ssdi and I am telling everyone I know about his law firm and his staff. Wonderful people I didn’t feel like a money case to them but I felt like he really did whatever he could to help.

Mr. Pennington personally has kept me informed on both of my cases. He is very easy to talk to and answers all my questions. His staff is absolutely wonderful as well. I definitely feel he cares for all his clients and wants to get them everything they deserve. I love to be able to speak to my Attorney at anytime and I feel he’s a great friend even when you’re just telling him how you feel and things you have went through he listens and it feels good to have an attorney/friend. I would definitely recommend him!!!! My cases are very complex one of which is a ERISA case!!
