Met my boss there for lunch the other day. I wish i remembered the bartenders name because he wad really great. Great food and service and the bar tender made it feel like you were old friends after 15 min lol.

Horrible! Couldn’t eat the philly cheese steak! Dry and no taste. Gave me $2 off-wow how generous!! Won’t be back!

This is the second time my boyfriend and I have walked in the door and been ignored. All we wanted to do was ask what the wait was, but there were multiple hostesses just standing there with their arms crossed looking around. No one even gave us a simple, "We'll be with you in one moment." We just get ignored every time. Also, we usually have to search for our waiter or waitress to ask for refills or rolls. No one seems to check on us much.

Great food excellent service our waiter was the bomb Daniel he works on the evening shift!! We came in 11 deep and he seated us and kept everything moving from bringing out drinks, appetizers, napkins, saucers, water and the food. He kept coming back making sure everything was fine and never let us run out of anything! Nobody was ever without something in front of them when it was time to check out the 9 separate checks he had a system for that too! Everybody was charged correctly everything was great! THANKS DANIEL!! Keep up the great service!! Logan's we never got the $5 off coupons we signed up for!!

Nobody said a word when we walked inside. Bartender was chatting it up with a customer at the bar. He looked over at us, then continued his conversation. Hostess was running around bussing tables all night working her but off! Had to wait almost 5 mins to be seated in an empty restaurant. It took over 40 mins to get 2 kids meals an a surf and turf to the table. By then our drinks and rolls were long gone. The kids meals arrived first, one with the wrong side. Our empty drinks were taken when kids meals were delivered. Our meal was delivered but still no refills were offered. We had to request more to drink. We went to eat our food but no silverware was on the table so we had to get ours from a nearby table. Disappointed to say the least. Update: as we were leaving (walking back to our hotel down the hill) there were most staff members out back smoking than there were inside working! Very poor management!
