I used Steel City the last visit my boss and I had to Birmingham. Recently, weeks before a trip I contacted Steel City and they said they were available and would get the invoice to us. We never saw the invoice and when I called, texted, and emailed-- I got no response. If they were booked, that would be completely understandable! But it's absolutely unprofessional to not follow up. Upon speaking with the front desk of the hotel and my cab driver, they'd both heard inconsistent reviews as well

Great experience. Very professional. Will definitely use again and recommend to others. Service was far superior than any taxi service we have used before. The vehicle was very luxurious.
