The administrative staff, the techs, Dr. Glass right down to the office dog, all were amazingly compassionate, patient, understanding and friendly. My child has challenges in some areas as many children do and their patience and willingness to explain everything to my child as they did it, reduced her anxiety and we all made it through the process of applying her braces (so she doesnt sprout fangs) together. The office pup entertained her coming and going checking on all the patients in the rooms and coming back to watch for squirrels out the window. If your child has quirks or is typical this staff and Dr Glass is where you need to go! I am amazed at the time and energy Shannon took just with her in explaining the process, what to expect, expectations, the dos and donts, how to brush and the list goes on. GREAT JOB, Dr Glass, staff and that supportive dog. Thank you! See you at the next appointment!

Shannon put my braces on and was super friendly. She kept me informed throughout the whole process and gave me detailed instructions of how to clean and take care of my braces. Glass Orthodontics also took care of two of my sons. I would recommend you see them for braces.
