I would avoid this place unless it's your last resort. The company really only cares about your money to the point where it is essentially a scam. Pros: Joanne (the office lady) is nice, and they don't bother you too often. Cons: 1) Maintenance requests can take months, and you will be charged for them. 2) Expect a very large, non-refundable deposit, and do not expect a decent return of your refundable deposit. 3) If you own an animal and it dies, they will still continue to charge you the monthly pet deposit fee, even after being shown necropsy reports. 4) You will be charged a non-refundable cleaning fee before you move in, you will be charged cleaning fees when you move out, and the next tenant will also be charged a cleaning fee before moving in. I.e. they double charge each their tenants for cleaning.
