These apartments are absolutely terrible. Wasted money. Air conditioning leaks to mold growing. Highly dont recommend! And I now have water leaking from my bathroom sealing and looks like its about to fall in. Its 9:30 at night and I cant contact anyone.

The leasing office is just awful people who dont really communicate anything and if youre stuck in building 14 and room 1412, the roommate that is there and apparently staying she is psychotic and crazy lock your stuff up. Do not even become friends with her because shell go in your room and unlock your dog Crate and let him free so he can just rage through everything he wants and you cant do anything because its he said she said kind of statement even though she psychotic and goes off

I have lived here for the past two years and have had little to no complaints. The community and amenities are nice and appealing to your average college student. It can be loud sometimes on the weekends, and traffic can get kind of heavy depending on what's going on in the area, but you expect that from student apartments. It's a great location--5 minutes from campus and a quick ride to get on the interstate. Overall I've enjoyed my time living here and would recommend it to anyone. The office staff is friendly and inviting, and you can tell that they genuinely care about their residents.
