I communicated with this company through email and phone. In an email, I asked the company to please call me when the job was done. I received no phone call. When I called to ask if they would stay open a bit later so I could get there from brewton, after 5, they refused to accommodate me. When I called and asked why I was not called and notified, they said they ‘didn’t see where I had requested’ to be called. Very disappointed in this customer service, but in a town like this what else should I expect?
