We brought our pressure washer for an annual service to keep it running good and after we picked it up it stopped working. When we brought it back found out there gas in the oil compartment. We were told someone probably knocked it over since the have work release people working there and they never told anyone. We have since taken it to another repair shop Hoping to have it fixed but they told us they probably over filled the gas chamber and they didn't tell the truth about it and it likely unfixable. We brought our pressure washer in working condition and it's never worked again. Sadly it was not a cheap one. Won't ever recommend this company to anyone.

We took a chainsaw there in 2012 that was under warranty from TSC to fix a gas leak. The people at Beasley's told TSC it was leaking because we had "old gas" in it...which was not true because we use the chainsaw all year and we only use the pre-mixed gas in it anyway. So, we had to pay full price since it was "our fault". Well, the chainsaw never stopped leaking gas and I had a family member work on it recently, since it is not under warranty anymore. Seems the folks at Beasley's didn't repair it because it was a pain to get to the correct part that was actually leaking. It really is a shame, because we spent a lot of money on garden supplies there and I refuse to do business with them again.
