McConnell funeral did an excellent job for us when my dad passed last month. They worked hard to make sure that our dad was laid to rest with dignity and respect and guided us through the entire process. Teresa Dean was great to work with. Our family has had several deaths in recent years and we have used three different local funeral homes in the last 5 years. This was our best experience of the three.

The staff was nice, there were several options as far as pricing and the casket and services. Everything was explained to us but there were several things that happened that I felt shouldn't have been an issue. It could have just been due to a new employee learning how to do things; I'm not sure if that's the case but the process wasn't as smooth as I felt it should be.
