      image Why, after being a customer for quite some time & never being late to make a payment, would it be impossible to waive a late fee of 20 something dollars (one day late, mind you) for a customer that was very sick in the hospital. He still made sure it was paid as soon as he was coherent enough to realize the date. So crazy to me.
