        I switched banks and came in a week ahead of time to pay my bill and was told i had to wait till I got a letter in the mail saying it came back. It was to late to switch accounts and since i was on direct deposite they could not take a payment.. THEN CANCELLED ME when it came back.. AFTER they accepted my payment and then told me I wouldnt get any of it back.. even though I pay a month ahead! WARNING NOT A FAIR company. I have been with them since 2015! This is crazy.
