We began our home search at a time when there were many lake houses on the market. That changed quickly, as we watched house after house sell before we could even make an offer. Jeff remained calm and positive. We learned so much from him about Smith Lake and what we really wanted. Jeff educated us so well that it kept us from settling on a house that was not really right for our family. When we lost the house of our dreams in a bidding war, he gave us a few days to breathe and then found a few more to look at. Of course we are thrilled with the house we ended up buying! Jeff is an outstanding buyers agent. He made what could have been a very stressful experience a real pleasure.
