        I bought my Avalanche from them in 2011 and it's been in the garage except short visits to the grocery store. I received a recall in the mail that the airbags had reportedly killed people from throwing out metal shards. They ordered the part and I dropped off the vehicle only to pick up a vehicle with a busted dash. They deny any responsibility. Brian, we did business together for years and I'm disappointed in the way you've treated this situation.

        I like this dealership very much! I have been pleased with their work and I have had good advice on tires that saved me a few dollars and increased the safety and reliability of the vehicle. I like the small town atmosphere.
