Brian was transparent thru the whole repair. Called me and sent me pictures and videos showing and explaining my issue with my truck. Very well priced as well. Only waiting game was for parts but that was out of his control at the time. After all the parts arrived, he got me back on the road within a day. I will gladly keep using him for whatever issues I may arise that I cannot fix myself nor have the knowledge to do so! Even went out of the way to make sure my driveshaft was balanced correctly as well. Thanks Brian!

Let me start off with saying the owner Brian is a great guy, great personality, and always willing to help in any way possible. Brian was very honest on pricing and does fantastic work. I would recommend him to anyone. Best place in the area hands down!

So I was at Choccolocco Off Road Park in Jacksonville, Alabama (which is 5.5 hours from my home in Floida) having a blast when all of a sudden I broke an axle shaft on my crawler. I thought the fun was over until we got up with Brian at EPI who not only had a shaft but delivered it to me at the park. That's the kind of service that is above and beyond! Brian saved my weekend, I highly recommend EPI for any on or off road vehicle needs.

Two thumbs up for this shops awesome service, skill, & attitude! Stopped in for advice on how to fix my ac on my work truck, within minutes of speaking to the owner my truck was being repaired. They fixed several problems within minutes, charged my air, and didn’t break my bank. Thank you EPI, I have the coldest air on the job site! Would recommend to anyone!
