This woman has absolutely no empathy for people who have small families. She never answers the phone, and when she does leave a vm she still cannot return a call when you call her back. I literally just didn't want wallets because it's useless. I asked if I could customize to order off the add ons equivalent to the package prices and she said her only options were to start with a package and to add an ad on. Do not list to call you regarding ant concerns if you have no other options. You should really consider to be more open. I'm so disappointed my daughters school uses her work. I will order this year but never again. Horrible attitude!!
