Within 2 minutes of being here we find out there is no ham for the salad, no macaroni salad, no key lime pie, no butter for the baked potato. It seems to me the person in charge of ordering isn't doing their job.

Just make sure you have plenty of patience if you come here. Ordering just an appetizer took over 30 minutes and the manager offers a discount of 10 percent. The waitress was working hard and friendly but not a great deal based on service.

The food isn't great. I ordered my favorite Ruby meal, a simple cheeseburger, medium, and it was cooked into a brown hockey puck. Beyond well done. So well done it tasted funny. Not the best Ruby Tuesday I've been to.

Salad bar was not stocked, service was bad (polite, but did not refill drinks, we had to ask), food was bad, ordered loaded potato with meal received sweet potato fries, had to wait for potato. The biscuits with the other meal we're hard as rocks, could not bite into them. Steak was fatty and stringy.
Would not recommend this place.
