Just over a year ago they had to replace the fuel pump on my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. The fuel level sensor was malfunctioning. Now I am having the same problems again and the truck is not getting gas. I am now unable to even drive my truck. The fuel pump is under warranty so they are going to fix it! However, I made an appt a week ago and they told me that it would be September 6 before they could get us in. We were told that they would try to work us in quicker because they know we have to have the vehicle. We explained to them that my husband works out of town on shutdowns and would have to take our only other vehicle. We were also told that they would come pick up the truck and bring me a loner to use (which apparently is not happening).This leaves me with children at home with no way of going. I called Monday to see if they could get us in quicker because my job is sending me out of town next week and we will need both vehicles. I was told the woman would call me back because she was out to lunch. She never called back, no one did. So, I tried again today (Wednesday). The woman I spoke to was condescending and I felt she was rude. Apparently they only have one mechanic on staff and he is going out of town for the next two days. I purchased both of my vehicles from this company and usually have them do all my work if any is needed. Even though it is very expensive. $100 just to run diagnostics and over $1000 to replace the fuel pump. I even ignored every one telling me to stay away from them because they will continuously screw you over. I asked the lady since I have to have my vehicle (that is undriveable now) if they could cover the warranty to another mechanic. I knew it was a long shot. But no. I am so through with this company and once they fix my fuel pump (that should last more than a year) I will never go through Massey ever again!!!! I do not recommend this company to anyone! I never write reviews on companies unless the service is impeccable but I felt this needed to be shared. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

Just want to let everyone know just how great AMBER Kendall is. Not only did she find me the perfect truck she worked with me on every aspect and I was not a ez person to please lol. And even after my deal was done she went the extra mile to make sure I was taking care of . So if you are looking for a honest person to buy your next car/truck from yall go see her tell her JJ sent ya lol ..... thank you amber ...

Everything was amazing. They didn't have the truck I wanted initially but Marissa didn't give up until she had me sitting in my dream truck. 10/10, 5 stars it was an amazing experience.
