Don't bother to call Batts unless you have a big expensive repair that you're willing to pay for, because if you don't they won't show up.

They came and inspected our chimney 4 weeks ago. Charged us a service charge. They said they would send us a quote and order a part which should be in in 3 weeks. They tore apart our fireplace and left it non functioning. After multiple calls and emails, we still do not even have a quote. Services: Chimney inspections, Chimney repair & restoration
