Wow... sorry that you feel that way. I assume it was your husband that I went to make the key for. I actually told him that I wasn't positive that I could generate a key for yalls car but he seemed like he needed help so I drove the 30 mins there and after attempting to make a universal key for it determined that it would take a specialized universal key and even ordered it while I was still there. I only charged $50 for the travel charge out there and back and didn't charge for the key. So, I'm glad that you gave a 1 star review to the only locksmith that was gonna help, tried to help, and was $300 cheaper than everyone else. And people wonder why other folks charge so much and don't try to go out of their way to help customers. Geez.. why would anyone want to try to help with people like you that leave comments like this after someone went out of their way to try and help.

Sorry that you felt that way but to be fair this was a brand new volvo semi that had multiple security features that prevent the vehicle from being unlocked with anything other than a volvo key. We open 3-4 semis every week and gave for the last 8 years and have opened all of them except this particular one. It took a brand new semi with ultra high security features to keep us from opening the vehicle. Now, as far as us costing the company a key. After speaking to Volvo and their techs and being advised that the only way into the truck was by using a new key, it should have been sent directly to a volvo key locksmith or dealership. So no matter what do to the fact that you locked your key in the truck the company had to pay for a new key to be made and had it been relayed properly we would have never been involved with trying to help you get back in your truck.i find it very disingenuous that you should at this point know all of this about having to have a key that you would get on Google and throw out all of this especially since the tech in question handled everything professionally and attempted to do everything possible to get the truck unlocked and had the truck not self locked back on multiple occasions this would t have been an issue. But I know for a fact that he spent over an hour trying to HELP you after you made a mistake and locked yourself out. Again, I apologize that we couldn't get you back in your semi but acting like he didn't know what he was doing and blaming him on volvo having to provide another key is pretty dishonest. So, I'm sorry that you feel that way and have a good day.
