Let me say this: Dr. O'Malley is outstanding. He's knowledgeable, patient, and has excellent bedside manner, and his nurse, Carla, is great, too!
However, the front office ladies have the worst customer service I've ever received. Every time I interact with them, they make me feel stupid and unwelcome. I dropped off LOA paperwork to fill out for my employer and was told that Carla was out of town. Okay. When I called today to check the status of that paperwork, I was told that they specifically told me that it wouldn't be done until next week. When I said that wasn't made clear, the lady speaking to me interrupted and said, "Yes, she did! I was standing right there!" If that had been made clear, I would have reached out to my HR rep instead of calling them. Absolute worst experience I've had at a doctor's office.
