Alabaster Pediatrics

Ever since my son was a newborn I took him here for check ups and covid tests. Everytime I walk through that door the front desk staff is always welcoming and smiling. When I go to the back and one of the drs comes in they are the sweetest as they can be and so caring to my sweet boy. This is such an amazing welcoming place to take your child. I highly recommend and they are very quick with everything as well! Definitely telling my friends and family about this place.

Office/Practice Manager doesnt know what she is doing. Customer service is horrible. I dont recommend this establishment.

I dont even know where to begin. Amazing is too small of a word to describe this team. My children see Dr. Paula Johnson and Zandra is their nurse. As parents we look for people who love and care about the needs of our children as much as we do. Ive found that within them. Dr. Johnson is more than a doctor who sees your child as a patient. She knows them, Zandra knows them. That beautiful welcoming smile from the moment She walks in the room you know that your child will get the best treatment leaving out. I have 3 children and 2 get sick so easily and badly but everytime we go especially at a short notice she has a game plan already in place. But thats not all. When Dr. Johnson is out let me tell you I TRUST her partners just as much. They are all so caring and loving and I dont know how I wouldve made it alot of days without them. You all are incredible to me and my children. This year will make 12 years that I have been with Alabaster Pediatrics and Im looking forward to the next 12+.

Can't believe I haven't thought to write this sooner. We have four kids all of them have gone here since birth and my oldest is 12. Our second child was medically sensitive and had a weird diagnoses as a baby- so weird that when our doctor sent us to the ER the doctor there said there was no way. Our pediatrician got on the phone and fought to get us the testing that was needed to confirm the diagnoses into the late evening. Sure enough my son actually had that rare condition and the ER doctor was scratching his head! The bedside manner and care this team has shown all my kids, but especially me during these hard times is priceless. I trust their care and the health of my children to them. Thankful for each doctor, employee, and nurse (Especially Zandra). They are doing what they were made to do and are trustworthy.
