Never again. Most unprofessional and rude people I have ever dealt with. My regular dentist retired, so I decided to try this place. I made an appointment for both a cleaning and an exam, which was confirmed again the day before my actual appointment. But when I got there, the dentist came in first, which was not how my old dentist did things. She always had me get the cleaning first. But I figured this new place may just do things differently. But to my horror, I was told afterwards that they never booked me for a cleaning, even after I had confirmed with them on the phone twice. I made it clear that they need to honor what they had told me. And they were incredibly rude and had the nerve to argue and say that I had never made an appointment for a cleaning. They told me that the best they could do was get me in 20 minutes later after another patient gets a cleaning that got in the office after me. Totally unprofessional and lacking integrity for something like this to happen. Of course I am not waiting 20 minutes over their mistake. I told them how horrible they were and left. Never going back and neither are any of my family members. We found a new dentist that is actually professional.
