Dr Shepard and staff are truly empathetic: great listeners , truly concerned about my dogs health. The spacious new office is great to allow space between pets and more room allow a short time in waiting area.

I was very impressed with getting clear info about my cats heath and also being given treatment options. There was no pressure to treat aggressively when it was not necessarily called for.

Went to get regular check up on chihuahua that I had just purchased from a Texas breeder. The Female Vet, Dr Hope was very thorough in telling me how to care for the smaller breed with tips on at home safety. I wanted to tell her that this was my 2nd Chihuahua in 15 yrs. I appreciated her tips, so I listened. This clinic has expanded from my last visit in 1995 and mostly surgical in lieu of just vet/board. No more boarding. I liked the new look and it was fresh smelling. Not the doggy smell.

Let us drop off our dog to get treated asap even though booked solid, and kept open lines of communication throughout the day before treatments. Also love that they have more accessible hours than most!
