" WOULD YOU HIRE A FOOT DOCTOR TO HAVE YOUR TEETH FIXED!" If you're a potential client: Are you the type of person to take money and make promises that you don't keep? If so, you will get along perfectly fine with this guy!

Would you give up after taking a few thousand, making two phone calls, and calling it quits, even though you laid out another plan of possible success before accepting the money? If so, this guy will HAVE YOUR TEETH FIXED AS A FOOT DOCTOR, if you get what I'm saying.

"I have been the lead attorney for approximately 250 trials. Again, check your future attorney's qualifications!" This dude's too lazy to even think that far in the future. Trial? This dude saw payday and quit! He did exactly what we did 8 months prior - which was call two people, and I don't think he even talked to one of them - said there were no further avenues of solving the issue, and to have a good day. This isn't about money folks. This is about ....drum roll please.

HONEST AND GIVING!!!!!!! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA!
HONEST about accepting a retainer and then GIVING you promises he fails to even think about pursuing. He called two people, tried finding a document at the courthouse (couldn't have taken more than an hour but probably 30 min since his office is nearby), and then having a letter typed up that he could do no more.

As you can see, I'm a person of evidence. You can say whatever bullshit you want. But the evidence reveals reality, or if you're a lawyer you'd prefer the word HONESTY in all caps because why not EMPHASIZE it like you're trying to PROVE to yourself who you want to be but just can't quite attain. Seriously, dude, that's sad. I wish I could feel for ya, being a lawyer of 20 odd years, living in SW PA, dealing with issues that confront normal people. But here we are. You run a youth place that apparently has no name while fleecing good people. Does your youth place exist? Or it just something that sounds good to tell people as an HONEST person? Notice how I don't mention normal, good folk as "honest." OOOOF. Such a filthy word by this dude.

I'm not upset, angry, frustrated, or anything of a negative emotion. I'm more the disappointed dad that just witnessed his son giving up after striking out. Boy, there are 8 more innings, and you just tossed your bat and ripped off your uniform. You're in your underwear. Looking stupid.

Making two phone calls. For $2500. To me that's chump change, but to someone reading this that probably ain't no Sunday walk in the park. Get references before dealing with this quitter.

Feel free to pursue this dude - nay, this quitter - at your peril.

Thomas Shaffer had no hesitation to drive 3.5 hours one way at 8 am Im the morning to represent us for a minor issue that he was well educated on and knew we were stressed about. The issue was resolved completely.
