        Completely unprofessional! After them refusing to fill a prescription because supposedly my daughter has two insurances, I called the doctor's office to have the prescription filled. The lady I spoke with asked if I minded if she called since the only insurance that came up for her was the only insurance that I actually have. The pharmacist was rude, demeaning and lied about what actually happened, saying that my husband brought in two insurance cards. Then told her that he didn't know why I was having her do my dirty work. WOW! I didn't realize that trying to get my daughter's prescription filled was dirty work. After observing another transaction being denied, it appears the pharmacy would rather not accept the insurance. I will be filing a formal complain with the state of Michigan also.
