I will never rent from Cruise America again! Rented a compact RV and found one thing after another wrong with it. Started with no walk through instruction unlike the welcome video said would happen; the A/C in the cab was not working during the drive; soiled cushions; considering they are supposed to COVID cleaning between uses it was pretty dirty; the water tank would leak when the city water was hooked up to it; LP gas sensor not always working probably; black water tank said 1/2 full (the could have been a faulty sensor because even when we dumped it said the same); the pole attachment to table that coverts to a bed was broken; couldn’t figure out how to work the stove and the manual provided showed instructions for a different style stove; paid for a personal kit to include sheets, blankets, towels, face cloths and a pillow, got only a blanket and pillow. Horrible experience, never again.
