Had originally installation done over thousand dollars long time ago by the same store. Called back couple years later in 2021 to fix door knob. Jay spent almost an hour over the phone with me and gave me detailed instructions to help me to fix. With his help, it's all done. Really professional and so responsible to take care follow up customer. Highly recommend this store. A++++

Thank you so much Jay for helping me with my backdoor lock. Your patience and expertise were so greatly appreciated when the patio door lock froze and was completely unmovable! Lucky for me...you were able to guide me through the entire frustrating process, before a hammer became involved...hahaha! Highly recommend...and then some! Two thumbs up!!!

Used to be a nice good place to go . No longer so . Have unknowledgeable kids running the store . Never have what you need . Poor customer service . Seems that there emphasis now is catering to tourists and rich newcomers . Very overpriced . Better off to go to Asbury Hardware or nearby Home Depot . Unless all you need is an overpriced beach chair .
