I wanna start by saying we have been all over looking for some place that will do good reliable work. I drive 90 miles to southland international in Tuscaloosa to deal with Will and his team specifically because they are reliable and good. I trust will and his teams judgment when they suggest something or say its this and its fixed .
Had something happen with one of our trucks . It was gonna be pretty expensive I had a warranty on it but didnt think it was covered . Will looked it up and it was covered and wasnt out a dime and fixed very quickly .

My commercial truck have been at this shop for a year, very disappointed in the service. Very time I call its another delay. I try to use local vendors however this is the last time I will use this location to repair my trucks

By far the best international dealership Ive been too. Knocked out fixing my ac and replacing my fan clutch assembly in a day and a half. Ive been to other dealerships that had less work and it would take them
A day just to diagnose the problem then wait 3 days for the part to come in then wait another 4 days for the stuff to get fixed this dealership is far from that. They wouldve finished with my truck even sooner if the maintenance department from the company I work for wouldve replied to this dealership sooner. Definitely coming back here for any major work on my truck from now on. Worth the out-of-route miles
