        We went in with our son for him to purchase his first car on his own. The experience was so pleasant and easy . Richard Coltharp helped us with the car and Cathy Border helped with the financing part. She explained things very well and was super patient with all of our questions . We would definitely recommend getting a car from Don Thornton Cadillac !!

        I want to share my experience with the mid town Don Thornton location (I apologize, I couldn't find location on google but still needed to share this experience;) I ugly cried when I got home. (In the best way possible lol) I was in a wreck and just hoped my car would look decent after getting hit. I was amazed. It looks like nothing ever happened. They took such great care of my little beetle, I know it was in the best hands imaginable. They cleaned it up, made it look brand new. When i got it home, i was so overwhelmed with emotion that I just cried (mascara and everything-yes THAT cry) at how happy I am and how great the service was. I will always recommend. Thank you for everything Don Thornton

        They don't mess around at Cadillac... It took them a few minutes for them to realize I was waiting but that's ok....I managed to finally get someone's attn. once I started rustling around w/ the bag a free cheez-its they set out for customers...Along w/ various other snacks and drinks to keep the hunger pangs away or to quiet the lil kids who grow restless while Mommy's vehicle is getting an oil change ... Hahahahaha !! My first time to this dealership I believe and they had some pretty clean looking Caddy's....Not like my Grandma's red Fleetwood coup w/ white top and white leather interior...man....That thing was a boat....But to have that vehicle now would be amazing.....Thanks Don Thornton Crew ... !!!
