Kayla did a great job coaching me through the lens selection process. Service is always quick and friendly. The opticians are always very helpful and they even have a shop dog to pet while you wait. Great business!

I have been going to Empire Optical for years and I'm never disappointed! I recently went in to get my prescription updated in existing frames and also get a pair of computer glasses. Since I'm just using them while I sit at my desk, I didn't want to spend a lot of money on frames. I was greeted by Giselle and explained what I needed. She immediately took me to a table with many frames to choose from that were less expensive. She even pointed out some of her favorite brands and left me alone to browse and choose my favorites. Once selected, she sat with me and we narrowed down the perfect frame for my face. Giselle was wonderful to work with! I never felt rushed and she took the time to make sure everything was measured appropriately and explained the charges, etc. I cannot recommend Empire Optical enough! From purchasing new frames to ongoing adjustments, they are my go-to for great service and reasonable prices! I've been to other establishments where you feel like you are just a number... but this experience is completely different.

Kayla is a magician! I had bent my prescription sunglasses nearly in half and she was able to get them straightened out. She was also very kind and supportive. I highly recommend Empire Optical and Kayla!
