Or try any of our tempting array of chicken quesadillas, beef fajitas and burritolatas. Ricardos, a fine Mexican restaurant, serves the best Mexican in town. Just ask the locals… it’s where they go! Started in 1975 by Richard Hunt, who wanted a fine Mexican restaurant for the locals. It has expanded 3 times over the years at the same location and is now owned and operated by Thomas Hunter.
