Brought in a Stethoscope to be engraved. Charged around $38 for 8 characters. Would have been another $38 for 6 additional characters, so I just went with first initial and last name. Very expensive. When the business owner called to come and pick it up four days later, he stated on the phone that he only takes cash and local check. Upon arrival, he says there is no charge because he messed up the engraving. The finish on the stethoscope chipped and cracked as he engraved. When I asked what I was suppose to do about my ruined $200 stethoscope, he just pointed to an engraved sign that said something to the tune of the shop not being responsible for damaged items. I would take my business somewhere else if I was you. I ended up getting a new unit laser engraved by someone else for $10 that looks amazing! Going to JUNO for engraving ended up costing me $210.

Fair enough prices are a little high for me $ 65.00 for 5 letters on a silver train bank

Had a single initial engraved on a baby brush. I don this at least twice a year. Usually spend $10-$12 for a single initial. My husband used Juno before and dropped it off when picked up the cost was $37.50. I now own a baby brush worth over $125!!!! They did a great job but charge WAY WAY TO MUCH!! Won’t be back.
