I wish I could rate lower than 1. The fat man came out to threaten us. He was trembling and "filming" us with his phone. He was incredibly rude. We were parked in the closed animal hospital lot to eat our sundaes. He had no need to display such asinine behavior.

I bought a sundae from Braum's. The adjacent lot had no cars, no people, and the buildings appeared unoccupied and in need of maintenance. Parked and ate. A white-haired red-faced man surprised me by knocking on my window. He was wearing nondescript clothes and gripping a phone. "This is private property," he said severely. Fine, put up a sign and save the Barney Fife act to impress... who? Maybe they are storing bullion for Mr. Goldfinger in there.

My mother and I went to Braum's at night and pulled into the old AMSH parking lot to eat our ice cream. We pulled into the parking spots that I have ALWAYS seen being used for the vet office. I never see cars at the security building. This black car pulls up and almost hits my car and grouchily asks if we saw the "no parking within 100 feet of the building" sign and we said no. He told us we couldn't park there and drove back to park in front of the security building. Not exactly sure why a protection service is protecting their own building, but whatever. We left and looked for a sign, but still didn't see it. If that sign was on the front of the building, then we definitely didn't see it because I don't think we were within 100 feet of it even when he approached us!! He was more than a JERK, but I doubt this venue will allow me to use the much more colorful descriptions of this "man" as I would like!!! What an a$$!! Good luck if he is protecting your property!!

Ive been a customer for years with Security Protection of Tulsa. They have protected my warehouse for 20 years a great staff of people. I have to say I feel sorry for them it seems Braums has adopted their parking lot with their customers. I dropped my bill off one day at the office. I have to say I witnessed a Braums customers eating in their car in the parking lot and when they left they threw the trash out the window. The manager told me I have tell people 20 times a day they cant park here. Its for their customers only - theyre just too lazy to pull back into the Braums parking lot .
