    Trails at Whiterock Apartments-Dallas LEASE AT YOUR OWN RISk!!! This place has very bad MOLD and high turnover with employees in the office as well as people moving out.They will try everything in their power to make sure you have a balance with them after move out. I was told that when wI first moved in, I only paid the first months rent. But when I moved I was told that I was paying the utilities 2months behind, and I had not accrued any bill before moving in. I was charged upon move out water, gas, pest control gas, and tras for two extra months. I was charged and extra 1,041.00 for a 15 day short notice to move, But I told them in January that I was moving and put in my 3month notice after I was told that there were no large one bedrooms nor 2bedrooms at their sister apartments (Reserve at Whiterock) that would be available at the time that my lease contract would end. No one in this office is on the same page. Always take pics when you move in and when you move out.No one ever knows anything if you ask. I treat people right and expect the same from others. My co-worker had an apartment full of roaches. They would spray and could never get rid of them. Also at her move in, the carpet smelled of strong urine. They only cleaned the carpet, and she asked them to remove it. Her stove that was switched from another apartment would shut off while she would be cooking. I've heard bad things about this management company. I know of others that they've treated the same way upon moving out. I have never encountered any treatment like this upon moving. But I did not expect this treatment. I will tell everyone I know, NOT TO RENT AT TRAILS AT WHITEROCK. THE SAME WILL HAPPEN TO YOU!!!

    Apperently the regional they have in El Paso can treat anyone she wants like garbage and get away with it. She "shopped" newer apartments and was very rude to the staff, acting like she was better than the office staff there. How is that representing your company? Not to mention how she treats her employees. So many of have complained to corporate and nothing gets done. The apt. business is small and word gets around. Maybe this is why many good employees leave.

    This Company really cares about its people, they take the time to listen to problems and work towards the best solution. The properties are well maintainedand and the staff is very welcoming. I would recommend everyone to any of their numerous properties.

    This is the worst company u can ever deal with they are trying to steal all of my money charging me for months that I was not in the unit even when they knew I was not living there they are LAZY its been month since anyone would do anything about this mess up they have cameras on property but cars still get broken into but yet they can not lookup to see when was the day I turned my keys in. But they can lookup who is in your property or not. Yea that makes sense I have never felt with unprofessional rude staff. They told me that my manger messed up my account and they where going to fix it then STEPHANIE And Derrell turns around and steal my Deposit by lying on move out date. Very disgusting dishonest people run far away NOW u want to say I proveded any lesser day of a move out notice is a LIE u are a LIAR I will be getting my money back I loved out on 4th and gave all proper notice so thanks for trying to LIE but people will know the truth u cant answer the phone or reply to emails but want to respond on here because u are lying. I have photos of the day I moved out they where to money hungry to take care of the negative balance. Run far away they have cameras and know when I moved u guys are trash and liars

Unfortunately, the contract applies to all parties, including us. We cannot make exceptions due to fair housing laws. We wish you the best of luck in your new home.
