        Our lending team recently closed on a deal that was with Sue Pecorino that had been with another lender for 2 months and they could not close, our team ends up closing the deal with what was a challenging borrower and it was clearly and repeatedly expressed that they could only close under a specific program and that specific loan program was NOT and quick or easy underwrite but we did have a program available that was the only option for this well deserving borrower. Sue spent more time expressing her displeasure with how long things were taking throughout the loan process instead of being helpful and providing solutions. Extremely unprofessional. Would absolutely not recommend Sue.
