I visited the branch, I have a marriage license in Arabic and it's translation into English, I asked the associate to make a copy and certify it is a true copy, so certify the cppy he made of my document, he refused because he lacks knowledge and experience.

I read some of the reviews others have left here before leaving my own, and I honestly have never experienced the "low level of customer service" others with 1 and 2 star reviews mention... A common pattern does seem to be people trying to get something done last minute or in a rush, and people who are not already Bank of America customers. I myself am a Bank of America customer, and at times I'm even able to just do a walk in (i.e. without setting up an appointment ahead of time) and get everything I need done here (like changes to accounts, accessing a secure deposit box, etc). There are times when they are busy, but they can usually schedule you the next day. I might agree to the points made that this branch is slightly understaffed, but the personnel that is here is very polite, positive, and professional. My most recent appointment was with Nydia - she helped take care of 3 tasks (closing an account of a deceased relative, cashing a check, and closing a savings account) all in under an hour! And some time ago I was helped by Tatiana (I believe that's her name) - that also was a very positive experience!

Operating at 20% the long lines show it. Now my review has been here for 10 months the service remains the same if not worse. Do these reviews even matter.

Went in to get a temporary card and was initally told by a rude blond lady in a bright green shirt that "oh we don't do that any more." Another employee, Kaeron, offered to assist me. Unfortunately he didn't know what he was doing and didn't set my new card up for Saturday delivery. Now the delivery has been delayed, therea nothing anyone can do, BofA restricted my ability to add the new card to my phone's wallet app so I have no electronic access to my money. I'm almost out of gas and was expecting the new card today. Will be switching to a different banking institution after this.
