        Thank you Tucson Pool & Spa! Cale did an awesome job installing a new pool filter at our house, he was meticulous and professional and our pool is now ready for the summer season.

        Walter came to fix a problem I had with my backwash valve. He came when he was scheduled, had the equipment necessary and completed the job the same day.

        NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY TO CLEAN YOUR POOL!!! They were taking care of our pool for two months. On the days they were supposed to be cleaning pool, I would come home to find dirt and sand still in the bottom of our pool, along with stuff floating on top that was there before they supposedly showed up. I checked my chlorine feeder, only to find that there was exactly ZERO CHLORINE TABLETS in the feeder. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! Do yourself a huge favor and hire someone else, or just do it yourself! I would have left negative stars if this would have let me.

      We apologize that you feel this way. We feel this all could have been avoided with better communication. I"m sorry we weren't able to get in contact with you easily during the transition between companies. Regarding the chlorine feeder, we don't use chlorine tablets this time of year as to help maintain a healthy CYA level in your pool. We primarily use a liquid chlorine in the off season. We are an established family owned and operated business in Tucson going on 40 years. I think that speaks in volumes.
