    I've been living here for 3 years. Everything was good until new staff work here recently. They mistakenly put a warning on my car. My car and parking follow the rules, but the warning says they are not. The staff told me it was just a warning. It didn't do anything to my car. No apologies at all. When Mia informed me my lease would expire, I asked for information about the new rent. All I get is an arrogant and rude attitude. She asked me to find that information by myself.

    This is the best apartment complex I've ever lived at. I was there for two years and loved living in my 1 bed 1 bath! I even recommended the complex to other friends who then moved in and have loved it as well. The management staff is amazing, Patricia and Joy are incredible. The maintenance staff is friendly and do a fantastic job of maintaining/improving the property. Speaking of the property, there's an upgraded pool, a small gym, a racquetball court, a children's' playground, a community clubhouse, a game room, a dog park, a new tennis/pickle ball court, and other amenities. The staff hosts tons of events for residents as well with food trucks, raffles, free treats and more. I honestly cannot speak higher of this community, property and staff. I had to move for personal reasons, but I would've stayed here for years because I loved it so much. Thank you for everything Sandstone!

    I moved in at secured gated Sandstone Apartments in 2023, I was impressed with the beautiful landscape, amenities and well-maintained property. I am new to Tucson and found location to be close to Tucson Mall and many other shopping options, everything I need is within a short drive including interstate 10. I found the office personnel to be professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. If I needed a minor repair or anything the maintenance department is quick to respond. Also, office sends a follow up email to inquire about the repair visit. The property is very quiet, which I found surprising for such a large property. A nice surprise is that the office has gathering for a Thanksgiving feast, Valentines week of goodies, chili bowl party, breakfast waffles, breakfast burritos, Superbowl party, and many other activities. I am personally happy here at Sandstone Apartments and Highly recommend for anyone looking for new home.
