Sears Carpet Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning

I used air duct cleaning for my dryer vent to make sure there was not chance of possible fire from built up lint and paid over $100 for the 15 minute air duct cleaning when I just found out from my roofing contractor going up for his yearly inspection that they didn't put a screw back on the air duct cover so it was blown off and water and rubbish must have dropped in from last year it's been about a year since they came out.  I didn't have a good feeling from the pair of guys they sent the younger one didn't know what to do after instruction by the other guy and he had to go up to the roof twice an he still didn't have the sense of putting back the screw on the duct cover!  Sloppy and unprofessional.  I called the 1-866 number to complain but after putting in my zip code they said they don't service this area anymore and to write to customer service at their email which I did to complain.  Who know what went into my open duct on my roof during monsoon season last year and the damage it may have caused!

Josh was very prompt and quick. He cleaned a 3 room carpet in the matter of 30 minutes, something that would have taken me and my husband all day.

I had them clean my carpet and they showed up 30 past their two hour appointment window. This wasn't too big of a deal. However, they cleaned the carpet in my home at the end of the work day when the 'dirty water tank' on their truck was full so it couldn't really suck up the water it needed to from my carpet. I heard them talking about how they should of emptied the tank because they weren't going to be able to suck up the water out of my carpet. Sure enough when it dried I had black streaks on my carpet. Kinda like vacuum lines, but it was black dirty water lines on my light beige carpet.
