i was interested by location of your apts, but the reviews are scary. no wonder there's so much availability.

UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR (FRUAD)By far the worst and I do mean the worst apartment complex I ever applied for. Found them online and was very interested because of the (SPECIAL)NEXT MONTH FREE . After applying and gving them money. I was told from the young lady in office I was approved with conditions plus a move in date on their website. paid 400 to cover all fees until any other payment was needed. Didn't hear back from them for a week so I called and a different woman answered the phone an told me I was NEVER APPROVED, i was confused because its been a week and im calling to hear i was denied, which is fine but where is my refund 300 dollars. The woman than told me but don't worry we can maybe change a few things so you can get approved as if she can pull strings. NOTHING HAPPEN for a second week . Sometimes I would call and they gave me attitude as if I'm bothering them for wanting my money back. FINAL STRAW I went to office to talk and see what's the hold up and why even lie to me in first place and they told me it was a PROCESS to get refund and it would have to be mailed. From the jump before I filled out application I told them I came from out of town and staying at a room so I need immediate move in. They agreed and if denied I get my deposit RIGHT BACK. This whole place is a SCAM.. I make 3 times the rent and she told me I need a cosigner that make 5 times the rent just to stall and not give me a refund. Of course I still haven't received it while still being hung up on and disrespected.. awful place need to be UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR FRAUD. NOT TO MENTION ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WAS JUST FIRED FOR STEALING. FUNNY IT WAS THE WEEK I GAVE THEM A DEPOSIT.. THUMBS DOWN TO THIS PROPERTY AND WHOEVER OWN ITS

By far the worst place I have ever lived. I have been here 2 years and not renewing my lease was the best decision Ive ever made. This complex is in a very nice side of town and the price is over $1600 a month, but it feels like I never get my moneys worth. First, the hot water is NEVER working. Literally in 2024 alone, and its only March its been off at least 4-5x and at peak morning hours when people need to get ready for work. The management staff are complete b words and I dont usually like to call people that but they are and even when THEY make a mistake, they are hostile and just flat out rude. There are bug issues, mold issues, things around the apartment and applications alike are falling apart. I havent had a working dishwasher since 2022 - despite putting in multiple work orders. Bottom line is, this place is trash. If you are looking for a place Im positive you can find one that is more cost effective and newer. 1/10 would never recommend.

These apartments are cute and cozy! I've had two friends live in these apartments in the past. The new management has done a great job of making things look a whole lot better and doing some cool remodels. The lounge they have here, though! They call it the Sky Lounge for a reason! It is lovely! It's in a little bit of disrepair at the moment but hey I can forgive that because it's 24/7. It's such a cool little place just to chill out. It has a shuffleboard! It has all sorts of cardio equipment and workout machines. Has some nice couches, some nice chairs, and a pretty sick vibe! It also has a patio which leads to the pool. In addition, it has an upstairs patio.

Since they do not like to share the name of their corporate office- it is Com Capp AKA Commerce Capital Partners out of Texas. Worst place to live and do not recommend.
