woman at desk was very rude although I had an appoint ment. She rejected my birth certificate which is the same one I have been using since a child. I am now 87 years old. I drove 25 miles each way to be treated like garbage.

I've made 2 appt's & each time they turn down my original legal birth certificate because in 1949 the Pasedena ,Ca. wrote the name in instead of having it typed. They refused 2x my legal birth certificate. I've made so many phone calls to no avail. So much time & money wasted.

the lady at the window was very rude and condescending. We had an appointment and didn't have everything that she said I needed we went off the website. She said I would have to reschedule in a rude tone. People rude like that should stay home and not work with the public.

I made an appointment and drove to Tucson from Tombstone with ALL the documents listed on the website. The agent said my original state-issued birth certificate (which I've used to join the Army, get a passport, drivers license, and jobs as a Government/DoD contractor) wasn't good enough - because it wasn't the "long format". I had my Govt ID, my new AZ DL, and passport with me - but I was rejected. I was told to order a new "long format" certificate and just come back as a "walk in". I did that with another trip- and was told that they were too busy to take walk-ins. These folks need some customer service training!

The website said they took walk-ins. Drove all the way down from marana, two people in the waitroom but the receptionist said they were too busy and were double booked. The receptionist suggested I drive to Gilbert. If y'all don't take walk-ins, your website shouldn't say you do. At 4.50 a gallon, wasting my money for gas, and wasting my time is never cool.
