I tried to set up an appointment for a complete detail of my new Class A motorhome. A date was set but additional details were needed. I tried to reach them for two weeks, by leaving voice mails, sending text messages and emails. They would never return my calls and I spent so much time chasing them to give them business. Imagine if there was a problem. They do not answer their phones and are not responsive. How do they stay in business? No way to treat a paying customer. By the way, I used them twice in the past few years and it was an OK experience, so I was a returning customer. Unprofessional, rude and irresponsible.

For 250 dollars i don't feel they did a good job. The car was really dirty inside so I understand it would only get so clean. They did not clean the floor matts and I feel the headlight restoration could have been better. I never had a car detailed though.
