        Unfortunately, Robert does give you the time of day if within the first 2 minutes over the phone he assumes you are not what he is looking for financially.

        I was misled, and my account was mismanaged.   I should have known better:  when I asked straight questions, they would answer with long, rambling, fact-filled replies - which did not seem to answer my question.   I am not sure they have evil intent - more like incompetence.   Do not invest here.

        Unfortunately this once great group no longer drives to serve non-millionaires. We had been with them for years, but since we did not want to invest in stock at this point in our lives we were sheparded to a corporate office without even a phone call! Unfortunately this will not be the group I will turn to when we are ready to invest.Very unprofessional-we cannot recommend them.
