Always responsive. We had leak in roof. Came over immediately, recognized the problem and 2 hours later sent a crew to fix it. First rate service

Started their work during a rainstorm, which caused a leak into our kitchen. Condescending communication from the general manager. Stated "satisfaction guarantee," but no follow-through on that guarantee. Overall customer service was not helpful. The finished product was good, but it was a hassle to deal with them, they never took responsibility for the leak they caused, and it's the first contractor I've struggled with. If you have other options, choose them.

This is our second time with Roofsavers Locke Roofing and we are extremely happy with the work that they performed. They were very careful, efficient, and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and everything was explained to us in detail. If you want a roofing company that treats you right and doesn't overcharge, then you've come to the right place!

We reached out to Roofsavers Locke Roofing on the recommendation of some family members who have done business with them in the past. We shared up front that we were somewhat certain that the situation at my in-laws home was not going to be eligible for repairs, but needed full replacement - a service that they do not offer. I shared that I understood if they didn't want to come out and risk wasting their time, but they were more than happy to send out Jose H. to take a look for us anyway. Jose arrived within the specified window, called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, and still gave us a thorough inspection. Jose shared that we indeed needed to pursue a full replacement, and provided referrals to 4 separate, local roofers that he assured me were licensed and bonded and worth reaching out to for estimates. These guys did right buy us even though we weren't a candidate for their services. I have to believe that they provide excellent services for those who are. Thank you, Jose!
